Mr. Lee has always had a passion for assisting people of other nationalities in obtaining visas and lawful statuses in the US. He has a special interest for international investment visas, particularly.
Mr. Lee previously worked at a small immigration firm for years assisting client in reaching their immigration goals. His specialty was employment and investment based immigration, although he handled family based and humanitarian based immigration as well.
Before that, Mr. Lee spent over a decade at Southern Illinois University and was in charge of the nonimmigrant F-1 and J-1 student visa programs.
A former immigrant himself, Mr. Lee knows and understands both sides of the immigration landscape, having experienced being a beneficiary of the law as well as a practitioner of the law. He looks forward to leveraging his knowledge, education, and experience for his clients.
